Position Summary

As a General Merchandise Team Associate at Walmart, you'll play a key role in maintaining our store's product presentation and inventory. This position offers an hourly wage range of $15–$28 per hour, with eligibility for performance incentives and shift premiums based on schedule and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, displays, and sales racks with merchandise according to Walmart standards and planograms
• Receive, organize, and verify incoming inventory from delivery trucks
• Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about merchandise
• Maintain accurate price tags, signage, and product information throughout your assigned areas
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and free of hazards
• Follow Walmart policies, procedures, and company guidelines consistently

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to our Canton, Wayne County location
• Willingness to learn Walmart systems and follow instruction
• Customer service orientation and professional communication
• Basic math skills and ability to count inventory accurately
