Join Henkel as a Senior Territory Sales Manager for our Building Industry division, based in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio. Lead territory sales growth and build lasting relationships with key customers in the construction and adhesive technologies markets.
About the Role
As Senior Territory Sales Manager, you'll own a defined sales territory and drive revenue growth for Henkel's building industry adhesive solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent a global leader in industrial adhesives while building a strong customer base within your region.
What You'll Do
- Manage and expand a territory of key accounts including contractors, builders, distributors, and industrial partners
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with established accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase adhesive solutions and applications
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Monitor market conditions and competitive activity within your territory to inform strategy
- Travel within your territory to meet with customers and prospects on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on territory performance and pipeline activity
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in territory or account management sales, preferably in building, construction, or adhesive and chemical products
- Strong understanding of the building industry supply chain and customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with diverse customers
- Self-motivated and results-driven professional who can manage multiple accounts independently
- Ability to travel within your sales territory as needed
- Working knowledge of sales systems and CRM tools
