About the Role
As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will architect and build scalable cloud platforms that process healthcare data at enterprise scale. This senior technical leadership role combines hands-on engineering with strategic oversight, positioning you to shape the technical direction of our data and AI initiatives across EHR and RCM systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-performance cloud-based data pipelines that ingest, transform, and analyze large volumes of healthcare data with minimal latency
- Leverage large language models and AI agents to develop intelligent solutions for clinical decision support and analytics workflows
- Establish architectural patterns and best practices for data processing systems serving healthcare organizations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable technical implementations
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to the evolution of our technical strategy
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level experience designing and operating large-scale data systems in cloud environments
