Imaging SME – Oracle Health

Join Oracle as an Imaging Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our Health Government Services division, based in Providence, Providence County. We're seeking a technically proficient professional who can bridge healthcare technology and business strategy while driving solutions for mission-critical imaging systems.

About the Role

As an Imaging SME at Oracle Health, you'll provide expert guidance on medical imaging technologies, interoperability standards, and Oracle Health platform capabilities to government healthcare clients. You'll work directly with enterprise technology leaders, helping them navigate complex imaging system implementations, optimization, and strategic technology decisions. This full-time position demands both deep technical knowledge and the ability to translate sophisticated concepts for stakeholder audiences.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for imaging system architecture, DICOM standards, and health IT interoperability
• Provide consulting and implementation support across Oracle Health imaging solutions for government and healthcare organizations
• Collaborate with product teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and drive solution delivery
• Develop technical documentation, best practices, and training materials for imaging workflows and system integrations
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and architect solutions across the imaging technology stack
• Stay current with healthcare imaging standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in medical imaging systems, standards (DICOM, HL7), and healthcare IT architecture
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise health information systems and Oracle Health platform experience preferred
• Strong track record of successful project delivery and customer-focused problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical teams and business leaders
• Self-motivated approach with demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives independently
• Knowledge of government healthcare requirements and compliance standards a plus
