Senior Organizational Change Manager

Eliassen Group is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our team in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite. As a Senior Organizational Change Manager, you'll lead enterprise transformation initiatives, helping organizations navigate complex transitions while maintaining operational continuity and employee engagement.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you'll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute large-scale organizational changes. You'll be the strategic partner ensuring that change initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes while minimizing disruption and resistance across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with enterprise program objectives and business goals
• Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans to build awareness and support for organizational transitions
• Design training programs and communication frameworks that guide employees through change initiatives
• Monitor change adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback and progress tracking
• Partner with program managers, executives, and department heads to identify risks and remove barriers to successful change
• Coach leaders and managers on change leadership practices and employee engagement during transitions
• Document lessons learned and build organizational change management best practices

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, program management, or related transformation roles
• Demonstrated expertise managing enterprise-scale change initiatives across diverse teams and departments
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
• Proficiency with change management methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder analysis and relationship management abilities
• Project management and process improvement background
• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field preferred
