About This Position

This contract role places you at the center of luxury vacation rental excellence. You'll work directly with high-end property owners in Marigot and throughout Saint Martin, bridging their vision for exceptional guest experiences with the operational realities of managing premium short-term rental properties. Your communication expertise and hospitality insight will be central to helping these properties attract discerning guests and maintain their luxury positioning.

Core Duties

• Consult with luxury property owners to understand their goals, market positioning, and target guest profiles
• Provide strategic recommendations for property listing optimization, amenities, and service enhancements
• Review and strengthen property descriptions, visual assets, and brand messaging to appeal to affluent travelers
• Gather guest feedback and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain clear, professional communication with property owners throughout each engagement
• Document property details, preferences, and metrics to support ongoing optimization

What You Bring

• Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
• Experience or familiarity with vacation rental platforms, luxury hospitality, or property management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when presenting information and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple property consultations simultaneously
