The Opportunity
We're seeking a talented software engineer to help architect and build the next generation of agentic systems within our T Cloud Public platform. You'll work on systems that intelligently manage handover between autonomous AI agents, ensuring seamless state transitions and reliable orchestration at scale. This is a full-time, remote position where you'll collaborate with a distributed engineering team to solve complex challenges in AI infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop core components for agentic system handover, including state management and transition protocols
- Build scalable, robust backend services that support AI agent orchestration within T Cloud Public
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of cloud-native solutions for AI workloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver production-quality code
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and optimise system performance across distributed environments
Requirements
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and system design
- Experience building backend systems or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and agentic or multi-agent systems
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team
