Service Hub Owner – REF5600S

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is looking for a Service Hub Owner to lead our Budapest-based remote team, taking full ownership of service delivery excellence and driving continuous operational improvement.

About the Role

In this full-time remote position, you'll own the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of our service hub. The Service Hub Owner role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring someone who can balance operational efficiency with team development. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we deliver services whilst ensuring your team meets ambitious quality and responsiveness targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Own service hub performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, creating an environment focused on professional growth and accountability
• Streamline service delivery processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that measurably enhance performance
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing transparent reporting on service health and resolving escalations
• Lead incident response and problem-resolution efforts, working alongside technical teams to address complex issues
• Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives, using data to inform strategic decisions
• Champion proactive risk management and service innovation within the hub

What You Bring

• Substantive leadership experience managing service delivery teams or operations hubs
• Strong familiarity with IT service management practices and operational excellence frameworks
• Track record of driving measurable process improvements and optimising team performance
• Solid technical foundation with hands-on understanding of IT infrastructure and support models
• Excellent stakeholder communication and change management capabilities
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote settings with minimal direct supervision
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and attention to detail
