Position Summary

We're seeking a results-driven Team Lead to oversee account management operations for our Local Shops segment in Muscat. In this full-time role, you'll guide a high-performing team through strategic partner development, daily relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives that keep Oman's most vibrant food and retail ecosystem connected to our platform. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers, setting clear performance targets and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day account management for local restaurants, cafés, and retail shops, ensuring strong partnership health and satisfaction
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to expand merchant base and increase order frequency within your assigned geography
• Monitor team performance against KPIs, conduct regular coaching, and identify skill gaps requiring training or development
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues swiftly, maintain service standards, and optimise onboarding workflows
• Identify growth opportunities within existing merchant relationships and champion new market expansion initiatives
• Report on market trends, competitive activity, and local partner feedback to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience leading sales or account management teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong track record of merchant acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in food delivery, e-commerce, or related sectors
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Deep familiarity with the Muscat market, local business ecosystem, and cultural nuances of partnership management
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members whilst managing multiple competing priorities
• Comfort with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
