Creative Director, One Team (IT)

ServiceNow is seeking a Creative Director for our One Team (IT) initiative to lead brand storytelling and creative strategy for marketing and communications. This is a full-time remote position available to candidates in San Diego, California and beyond who are ready to drive visual identity and creative vision for enterprise technology audiences.

About This Position

As Creative Director for One Team (IT) at ServiceNow, you'll own the strategic creative direction of marketing communications and brand expressions that resonate with technology professionals and enterprise buyers. You'll shape the visual and conceptual language of major campaigns, digital initiatives, and customer-facing assets while establishing the creative standards our market expects from one of the world's leading software platforms. This role gives you the opportunity to influence how ServiceNow connects with audiences at scale.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute creative strategy for One Team (IT) marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Direct the conceptualization, design, and production of visual assets across digital, video, print, and experiential formats
• Partner with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions
• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels
• Lead and mentor creative team members to produce exceptional work and develop talent
• Present creative strategy and work to executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader in technology, B2B software marketing, or enterprise business environments
• Outstanding portfolio showing conceptual depth, visual excellence, and creative direction across multiple mediums and platforms
• Deep knowledge of how to communicate complex enterprise technology and software value creatively to business audiences
• Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead creative professionals toward ambitious goals
• Proficiency with design software, marketing technology, and modern content production workflows
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
