Account Executive

Join Xplor as a full-time Account Executive in our Merchant Sales and Activa division. This fully remote role is perfect for someone based in or near San Antonio, TX, ready to drive customer growth and build lasting business relationships.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive for Xplor, you'll own the entire sales process for our merchant and platform solutions in a dynamic, remote environment. You'll engage with businesses across San Antonio and beyond, delivering technology that simplifies operations and drives profitability. This role combines consultative selling with deal management, turning prospect conversations into long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Merchant Sales and Activa portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at target accounts
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and present customized solutions aligned with customer needs
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with product, support, and onboarding teams to drive customer success after sale
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management within CRM systems

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record closing B2B sales deals in SaaS, merchant services, or related technology sectors
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with capacity to influence at all organizational levels
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for juggling multiple deals simultaneously
• Genuine passion for technology and commitment to supporting small business growth
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team events or strategic customer engagements as needed
