Account Executive

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients. This role blends strategic sales execution with direct ownership of revenue generation. Working independently and as part of a collaborative sales team, you'll use consultative selling to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact for both client and company.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments with prospective customers
• Develop tailored solution proposals aligned with client business goals
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Track sales activities, forecast pipeline, and report on performance against goals
• Partner with product and customer success teams to drive client adoption and retention

Who We're Looking For

• Proven enterprise or B2B software sales experience
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-directed professional comfortable owning your own territory remotely
• Competitive mindset with a results-driven approach to selling
• Experience with CRM systems and modern sales methodologies
• Background in merchant services, payment processing, or SaaS sales is a plus
