About the Role
As our Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and repair of multiple residential properties throughout the Honolulu area. You'll work independently and collaboratively, responding to both planned maintenance schedules and urgent repair needs. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in keeping our buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents and property managers alike.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks across assigned properties, including inspections, preventive upkeep, and minor repairs
- Diagnose and repair building systems such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical components, and appliances
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls
- Document work completed, materials used, and time spent on each property
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in safe, organized condition
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes during repairs and maintenance work
- Coordinate with property managers and residents to schedule work and communicate progress
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands-on maintenance role
- Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
- Ability to prioritize work across multiple properties and manage your own schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with residents and staff
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus
