Responsibilities

  • Manage resident relations, lease administration, and move-in/move-out processes for LIHTC community members
  • Organize and facilitate community events and programs that build engagement and strengthen community cohesion
  • Ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program requirements and property management standards
  • Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly, coordinating with maintenance and support teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for community operations and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct property inspections and monitor community common areas
  • Support property marketing and occupancy initiatives in collaboration with leasing teams

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, property management, or resident services
  • Familiarity with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs and affordable housing compliance preferred
