Commercial Property Coordinator – (Retail/ Shopping Mall Building)

Cirrus Asset Management is hiring a Commercial Property Coordinator for our retail and shopping mall operations in Buena Park, CA. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day management of our commercial properties.

Role Overview

As a Commercial Property Coordinator with Cirrus Asset Management, you'll serve as a key administrative resource within our Commercial Division, supporting the management and operation of retail and shopping mall properties across our portfolio. Based in Buena Park, you'll coordinate between property managers, tenants, vendors, and contractors to keep our properties functioning efficiently. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep across retail and shopping mall properties
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work
• Maintain organized property records, lease files, tenant information, and administrative documentation
• Support lease administration, including tracking renewal dates and tenant communications
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections and tenant walkthroughs
• Process work orders, track their status, and document completion
• Serve as a primary communication point between properties, tenants, and the management office
• Update and maintain information in property management systems and databases
• Assist with compiling reports and organizing property-related data for management review

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in administrative support, property management, or a related field preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and property management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
