What This Role Involves

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and record accounts payable transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Review invoices and supporting documentation to confirm accuracy and policy compliance
• Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies or payment issues
• Prepare payments according to established schedules and approval procedures
• Maintain organized vendor records and transaction documentation within accounting systems
