- Manage project budgets and track expenditure against approved allocations
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators and escalate blockers promptly
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout the launch process
- Conduct stakeholder communication and manage expectations across internal and external partners
- Lead post-launch reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, product launches, or pharmaceutical operations (minimum 3–5 years in similar roles)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage parallel workstreams and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams and levels
- Experience with regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality management systems
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and adapt to changing priorities
