Professional Sales Representative – PE & East London

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited is seeking a full-time Professional Sales Representative to develop and expand our pharmaceutical business across the Port Elizabeth and East London territories in the Eastern Cape. Based in Gqeberha, you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth in this region, building lasting relationships with healthcare providers and driving product adoption.

About the Role

This full-time Professional Sales Representative position is at the heart of our commercial operations in the PE and East London area. You will represent Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited's innovative pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders across Gqeberha and the surrounding Eastern Cape region. Your success will directly impact our market presence and patient access to quality medicines in this territory.

What You'll Do

• Call on healthcare providers, clinics, pharmacies, and hospital facilities across the Port Elizabeth and East London regions to promote Dr Reddy's pharmaceutical products
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector
• Provide accurate, evidence-based product information to support customer decision-making
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and address challenges
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records and data
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related enquiries

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse professionals
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for travel across the Gqeberha and East London territories
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with sales tools and customer relationship management systems
• Knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical regulatory environment is advantageous
