LinkedIn is seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to join our Sales Solutions team, serving the United Kingdom, Ireland, and broader international region from our Dublin office. This is a full-time, remote position where you'll drive growth by building and expanding strategic client relationships within the enterprise segment.

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Executive focused on Sales Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of LinkedIn's commercial expansion across the UKI market. You'll take ownership of complex sales cycles, managing large-scale opportunities and working with enterprise decision-makers to deliver tailored go-to-market strategies. This is a role built for impact — where your ability to diagnose client challenges and position LinkedIn's solutions becomes the driving force behind revenue growth.

Core Duties

  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align client objectives with LinkedIn's service offerings
  • Conduct discovery conversations with C-suite and commercial leaders to understand business goals and pain points
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers, customer success teams, and cross-functional partners to shape proposals and implementations
  • Manage full-cycle sales processes, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM systems
  • Contribute to sales team initiatives and share best practices across the UKI region

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, SaaS, or B2B solutions selling
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals at the enterprise level with complex buying committees
  • Strong consultative selling skills and comfort navigating executive conversations
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and building strategic partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and resilience in a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with marketing, talent, or business development platforms is advantageous
