Emovis is hiring a Web Chat - Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll deliver responsive support to English and Spanish-speaking customers through live web chat.
The Opportunity
Join Emovis' customer support team and become the first point of contact for customers seeking help via web chat. You'll engage with a diverse customer base in real time, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, friendly answers — all while juggling multiple conversations. What You'll Do
- Manage multiple concurrent chat conversations, responding promptly to customer inquiries in English and Spanish
- Diagnose customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed
- Document all interactions accurately using company systems, creating a clear record for quality assurance and future reference
- Follow Emovis policies, chat protocols, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, professional communication
- Meet response-time, resolution, and quality targets established by the support team
- Identify common customer pain points and share feedback with management to drive continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent, professional English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a chat, email, or phone environment
- Comfortable using web chat platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Patient, empathetic communication style with problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service certifications a plus
