Responsibilities
- Evaluate system compatibility and configuration requirements across enterprise infrastructure
- Implement scheduled changes to operating systems, firmware, and hardware components
- Execute routine maintenance and performance monitoring on IBM mainframe platforms
- Facilitate upgrades to systems and infrastructure as needed
- Develop and test disaster recovery strategies and failover procedures
- Contribute to cloud migration and system modernization projects
- Support customer implementation and system onboarding processes
- Deliver technical assistance to resolve system issues and maintain uptime
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise with IBM mainframe systems and related technologies
- Hands-on experience managing operating system and hardware upgrades
- Knowledge of disaster recovery principles and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience supporting enterprise customer onboarding and technical requirements
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
