What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and lead optimization efforts to enhance efficiency
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership on execution progress and business results
• Support budget planning, resource allocation, and financial forecasting for assigned business areas
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and enable success

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in business planning, operations, execution management, or related roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through completion
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, metrics interpretation, and business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable communicating with C-suite and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving measurable business outcomes
• Experience in financial services, banking, or similarly regulated industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field; advanced degree a plus
