Renuity is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Albuquerque, NM to join Statewide Remodeling's high-performing sales team. This full-time position offers average annual compensation of $150,000–$250,000, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000. You'll work with pre-qualified homeowners seeking bathroom renovations, custom closets, and exterior remodeling—no cold calling required.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative for Statewide Remodeling in Albuquerque, you'll conduct consultations with 2–3 pre-screened homeowners daily who are actively interested in home improvement solutions. Supported by comprehensive paid training and professional mentorship, you'll present customized remodeling options, build compelling proposals, and close sales. Your flexible schedule includes evenings and Saturday availability to align with customer preferences. This commission-based role features uncapped earning potential, training pay, and bonus opportunities—rewards that match your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with pre-qualified homeowners to understand renovation goals and preferences
• Present tailored solutions for bathroom upgrades, custom closets, and exterior projects
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with confidence
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through consistent effort and positive momentum
• Master product knowledge and continuously refine sales techniques

Skills & Qualifications

• Genuine persuasiveness and strong interpersonal communication skills
