About the Role

As a Lead Kitchen Installer at Renuity's Mad City Windows & Baths division, you'll take ownership of kitchen installation projects from start to finish, working as part of a company committed to transforming the home renovation experience for customers throughout the Albany area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full kitchen installation projects with precision and professionalism
• Coordinate workflow and job-site activities to ensure timely, high-quality project completion
• Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Uphold company standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
• Serve as the on-site point of contact and subject-matter expert for kitchen installs

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in kitchen installation or a closely related trade
• Ability to lead a job site and manage tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused work ethic
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Albany, NY area
