SQE Claim Manager_PS

What This Role Involves

As an SQE Claim Manager, you'll be at the heart of our quality assurance operations, managing supplier quality claims from initiation through resolution. You'll work across cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure suppliers meet Bosch's rigorous standards. Your work directly supports our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and triage incoming quality claims from manufacturing sites and customer feedback
• Coordinate investigations with suppliers to identify root causes of quality deviations
• Review supplier corrective action plans (CAPs) and verify their effectiveness
• Track claim status, manage timelines, and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed records and reports on claim metrics, trends, and supplier performance data
• Communicate findings and outcomes to stakeholders across operations, engineering, and supply chain teams
• Support supplier quality audits and on-site assessments
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce defect rates and prevent future claims

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or claims management
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, including root cause analysis and corrective action procedures
• Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin Chinese a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
