[EDA] ADAS Vehicle Motion Engineer

The Opportunity

Bosch is seeking a skilled Vehicle Motion Engineer to work on cutting-edge ADAS technologies in our Ho Chi Minh City engineering hub. You'll take ownership of motion planning and vehicle dynamics components that enable autonomous and semi-autonomous driving features. This is an opportunity to shape how vehicles perceive, predict, and respond to real-world driving scenarios—contributing to safer transportation globally while working with industry-leading tools and methodologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop motion control algorithms for ADAS features including trajectory planning, path following, and collision avoidance
• Create and validate simulation models to test vehicle motion responses across diverse driving conditions
• Collaborate with software architects, vehicle dynamics specialists, and hardware teams to integrate motion systems into vehicle platforms
• Analyze sensor data and vehicle performance metrics to improve algorithm accuracy and robustness
• Document technical specifications and contribute to system architecture decisions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent field
• Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, control systems, and motion planning principles
• Experience with model-based development tools and simulation environments (MATLAB, Simulink, or similar)
• Proficiency in C/C++ or equivalent embedded systems programming languages
• Knowledge of ADAS system architectures and sensor technologies (LiDAR, radar, camera)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in safety-critical systems
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in international team environments
