Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and prepare surgical instruments and medical devices according to established protocols
• Operate sterilization equipment including autoclaves and chemical sterilizers
• Monitor sterilization cycles, validate effectiveness, and maintain detailed documentation
• Organize and manage sterile supply inventory, ensuring availability for surgical cases
• Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot sterilization issues
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards, OSHA regulations, and facility policies
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support efficient case preparation and turnover

What You Bring

• Current Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) credential or equivalent certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on sterile processing experience in a hospital or surgical center
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate medical sterilization equipment
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
