About This Position

As a production planner on our second shift team in West Memphis, you'll manage the flow of materials, coordinate production schedules, and ensure resources are aligned with demand forecasts. This position requires strong analytical thinking and real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll work directly with production supervisors, inventory teams, and logistics partners to remove bottlenecks and optimize warehouse throughput during the second shift window.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
• Monitor warehouse capacity and coordinate the movement of materials to production lines
• Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve cycle times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and supply chain disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of production plans, inventory adjustments, and performance data
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency projects

What You Bring
