Safety Staff

Bosch Group seeks an experienced Safety Staff member to strengthen our occupational health and safety programme at Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong, Thailand. This is a full-time, on-site position dedicated to protecting our workforce and maintaining the highest safety standards across our manufacturing operations.

What This Role Involves

You will serve as a key advocate for workplace safety within our Rayong facility, developing and enforcing safety protocols that protect employees while supporting operational excellence. Working at Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, you'll combine proactive hazard management with a commitment to building a safety-conscious culture across all levels of our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections and comprehensive audits throughout the facility
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective or preventive actions
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and implement follow-up measures
• Deliver safety training and induction programmes to employees
• Maintain safety records, compliance documentation, and regulatory reports
• Coordinate emergency response drills and support incident management procedures
• Foster safety awareness through engagement with teams and management
• Monitor and encourage proper use of personal protective equipment

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in an industrial or manufacturing safety role
• Sound understanding of Thai occupational safety regulations and global best practices
• Strong interpersonal and training abilities to communicate across all organisational levels
• Self-directed approach with ability to work effectively within safety teams
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to continuous safety improvement
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and hazard awareness
• Fluent English and Thai language proficiency
