[EDA] Software Architect

Bosch Group is seeking a Software Architect to join our Engineering team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. This full-time position offers the opportunity to design and lead the development of sophisticated software systems.

About This Position

We're looking for a Software Architect who can take ownership of technical strategy and system design. In this role, you'll work on critical software projects, mentoring engineers while ensuring architectural excellence across our development initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and define software architecture for complex systems and applications
• Make strategic technical decisions that align with business objectives
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Review and validate system designs for scalability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
• Establish best practices and coding standards across projects
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools and frameworks

Requirements

• Deep experience in software architecture and system design principles
• Proven track record leading or mentoring technical teams
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern software patterns
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
