Role Overview

You'll lead operational oversight of a multi-year Electronic Medical Records modernization program, working directly with rural healthcare organizations across Maine to advance their clinical infrastructure. This federally supported subaward initiative represents a significant public health investment, and you'll be instrumental in ensuring its successful administration and deployment across the state's healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day administration and coordination of the statewide EMR Modernization Subaward Program
• Provide program support to rural healthcare organizations regarding requirements, implementation guidance, and milestone achievement
• Manage subaward budgets, regulatory compliance, and reporting across multiple participating healthcare entities
• Facilitate collaboration between federal partners, state stakeholders, and participating rural healthcare systems
• Conduct regular travel to Maine healthcare sites for program oversight, site assessments, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive implementation strategies that enhance rural healthcare resilience through modernized clinical systems

What We're Looking For

• Experience administering federal grants, subaward programs, or healthcare program operations
• Strong project and operations management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, or Electronic Medical Records implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities across diverse healthcare organizations
