Rock Entertainment Group seeks a Daytime Housekeeper (Part-Time) to join our housekeeping team at our Cleveland, Cuyahoga County location. In this part-time role, you'll be part of the crew that keeps Rocket Arena clean and guest-ready year-round.
The Opportunity
Working as a Daytime Housekeeper (Part-Time) at Rock Entertainment Group means supporting the seamless operation of one of the region's premier entertainment venues. You'll work under the guidance of our Housekeeping Management Team, contributing to the daily maintenance and cleanliness of Rocket Arena. With approximately 175 to 200 events annually, you'll gain exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic event environment while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas throughout Rocket Arena
- Support event preparation and post-event turnover to ensure the venue is guest-ready
- Maintain housekeeping standards consistent with venue protocols and best practices
- Assist the Housekeeping Management Team with seasonal and event-related cleaning priorities
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance needs of the arena throughout the year
