Employee Relations Part Lead

Samsung seeks an Employee Relations Part Lead to oversee the Employee Relations function at our South Carolina manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position based on-site where you'll drive HR initiatives, ensure workplace compliance, and build a culture of respect across the organization.

The Opportunity

As Employee Relations Part Lead at Samsung's South Carolina plant, you'll manage the Employee Relations team and partner closely with HR leadership to support organizational goals. This role is critical to creating an environment where employees feel valued and heard, while maintaining compliance with all US labor regulations. You'll champion Samsung's commitment to a workplace built on mutual respect and trust, directly shaping the employee experience across the facility.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employee Relations team, providing direction and support
• Partner with HR to address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters
• Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with US labor laws and regulations
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Samsung's values
• Build and maintain trusted relationships between management and employees
• Support the organization in achieving operational and people-focused objectives
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee relations, HR leadership, or related field
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
