Operator (Visual Inspection MFW1.2)

About the Role

Bosch Group is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Visual Inspection Operator for our manufacturing operations in Rayong. You'll work within our Engineering division, playing a critical role in ensuring every component meets our rigorous quality standards before it leaves our facility. This role requires systematic observation, careful documentation, and a commitment to maintaining the high safety and quality benchmarks Bosch is known for worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Perform visual inspections of components and finished products against established quality specifications and technical drawings
• Operate inspection equipment and measuring tools accurately and safely
• Document inspection results and quality data in accordance with production records and traceability requirements
• Identify and report defects, non-conformities, or process deviations to your team lead immediately
• Maintain a clean, organised inspection workstation and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring quality issues
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet output targets and delivery schedules

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a visual inspection operator or in a similar quality control or manufacturing role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects under production-line conditions
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions
• Basic proficiency with measurement tools (callipers, gauges, microscopes, or similar equipment)
• Competency in recording and reporting data accurately
• Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working within a structured manufacturing environment
