Join us as a Marketing Executive in Sandtoft, Doncaster. We're an established manufacturing and engineering business seeking a creative marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and campaigns on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
As our Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of developing and delivering marketing strategy that builds our brand visibility within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Working Monday to Friday on a full-time, permanent basis, you'll report directly to senior leadership and drive key marketing initiatives. The salary for this role is circa £35,000.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create engaging marketing content including digital assets, case studies, and promotional materials
- Manage our digital marketing presence across website, email, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements
- Strengthen our brand position and awareness in manufacturing and engineering markets
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing role or equivalent marketing background
- Understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
