Bilingual Sales Representative

Agm Tools Inc is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join its team in Satsuma, Harris County on a full‑time basis.

This position focuses on building strong customer relationships through direct and telephone interactions, ensuring clients receive knowledgeable support and appropriate product recommendations while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in person and over the phone to deliver exceptional service
• Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and detailed product information
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable tools and solutions
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up‑to‑date customer records
• Place outbound follow‑up calls to nurture leads and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and support store operations

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual communication)
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail or sales environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to selling
• Comfort with data entry systems and maintaining customer databases
• Experience making outbound calls and following up with prospects
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a full‑time schedule
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
