About the Role
This is a full-time customer-facing role that combines sales support with direct customer service responsibilities. You'll maintain strong relationships with clients across our service territory while ensuring their technical concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and work toward resolution of technical issues and complaints
- Conduct regular route visits to customer locations to provide hands-on support and strengthen business relationships
- Explain product features, capabilities, and service options to help customers make informed decisions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, implementing solutions or coordinating escalation as needed
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of service activities
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with diverse customer bases
