About the Role
As a Software Engineer in Chicago, you'll own full-stack development across our C# backend and React frontend technology stack. This in-office, full-time position puts you on client-facing projects where your code matters immediately. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that solve real business problems.
What You'll Do
- Design and build full-stack web applications using C# and React, from architecture to deployment
- Write production-quality code that prioritizes performance, maintainability, and security
- Contribute to technical decisions and code reviews that elevate team standards
- Work directly with clients to translate requirements into scalable application features
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance across the stack
- Participate in agile development processes and help drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on professional experience developing with C# and.NET
- Demonstrated proficiency building React-based user interfaces
- Strong grasp of full-stack web development fundamentals and best practices
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and modern development workflows
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to code quality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
