What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Progress patients toward documented functional goals and discharge objectives
- Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
- Collaborate with nursing, social work, and medical staff to ensure coordinated, quality care
- Uphold all facility policies and applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
What We're Looking For
- Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or acute rehabilitation settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
