Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for attendee excellence across pre-event, onsite or virtual, and post-event touchpoints
- Own selection, configuration, and optimization of event technology platforms that support registration, engagement, content, and operations
- Lead and mentor teams or partners responsible for attendee services, technology implementation, and related programs
- Partner with marketing, product, operations, and external vendors to align experience goals with technical capability and delivery timelines
- Establish service standards, feedback loops, and performance metrics that surface issues early and improve satisfaction over time
- Guide roadmaps for technology upgrades, integrations, and process changes that reduce friction for attendees and internal teams
- Represent attendee and technology priorities in leadership planning so experience quality scales with growth
