Maximus is hiring a full-time Skillbridge Operations & Business Development Associate in Huntsville, Madison County — an on-site opportunity to grow your analytical and strategic skills inside a high-impact Business Development team.
About the Role
As a Skillbridge Operations & Business Development Associate at Maximus, you will work alongside the Business Development department in Huntsville, Madison County, contributing to analysis, process refinement, and the projects that move the business forward. This position is part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge program (skillbridge.osd.mil), giving transitioning service members real-world experience in a professional operations and growth environment. The role is on-site and full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis that informs and strengthens the Business Development department's decisions.
- Help drive process improvements and contribute to the completion of project deliverables.
- Investigate emerging market trends and gather insights to guide strategy.
- Provide hands-on support across special initiatives within Business Development.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and take on additional tasks as priorities shift.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and reporting.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach suited to juggling multiple projects.
- Curiosity about markets, operations, and business growth.
- Clear written and verbal communication for collaborating across a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Huntsville, Madison County.
