About This Position

As the LAC Storage Fullfilment Engineer, you will own the planning, tracking, and completion of storage fulfilment work that serves Chile and other LAC markets. You will keep siloed teams aligned—operations, logistics, technical counterparts, and commercial support—so that commitments remain visible from request through final handoff. The role demands practical problem solving when timelines, capacity, documentation, or specifications come under pressure, plus clear communication so local and regional stakeholders stay informed. You will help strengthen how fulfilment is run day to day without inventing unchecked process change, and you will measure progress against agreed milestones for the LAC Storage Fullfilment Engineer scope based in Chile.

Core Duties

• Plan and coordinate storage fulfilment activities for Latin America and Caribbean requirements linked to operations in Chile.
• Align logistics, operations, and technical colleagues on order details, ready dates, and delivery windows.
• Monitor progress, inventory readiness where it applies, and milestone status; flag risks early and drive recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate fulfilment documentation, status updates, and clean handoffs between teams and partners.
• Resolve exceptions such as shortages, transit delays, incomplete paperwork, or specification mismatches.
• Improve routine fulfilment workflows and reporting so the LAC Storage Fullfilment Engineer function stays consistent and auditable.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfilment, supply chain coordination, field or operations engineering support, or closely related work involving storage-related or other technical goods.
