Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and recruitment timelines for defence and engineering vacancies
- Post openings, source potential applicants and maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates
- Screen applications, prepare shortlists and arrange interviews or assessment sessions
- Coordinate diaries, send invitations and manage feedback collection from interview panels
- Update the applicant tracking system with status changes and produce regular pipeline reports
- Support pre-employment checks and onboarding paperwork for successful candidates
- Monitor process compliance and flag any delays or issues promptly to stakeholders
- Maintain candidate databases and assist with employer-branding initiatives relating to specialised technical roles
Qualifications
- Solid prior experience as a recruitment coordinator or in a comparable talent-acquisition support position
- Familiarity with the defence or engineering recruitment landscape is advantageous
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns under tight deadlines
- Clear written and spoken communication skills for remote liaison with candidates and interviewers
- Hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems and standard office productivity tools
- Self-motivated approach suited to independent remote working in GER
- Awareness of German employment regulations and data-protection standards
