Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and recruitment timelines for defence and engineering vacancies Post openings, source potential applicants and maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates Screen applications, prepare shortlists and arrange interviews or assessment sessions Coordinate diaries, send invitations and manage feedback collection from interview panels Update the applicant tracking system with status changes and produce regular pipeline reports Support pre-employment checks and onboarding paperwork for successful candidates Monitor process compliance and flag any delays or issues promptly to stakeholders Maintain candidate databases and assist with employer-branding initiatives relating to specialised technical roles Qualifications Solid prior experience as a recruitment coordinator or in a comparable talent-acquisition support position Familiarity with the defence or engineering recruitment landscape is advantageous Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns under tight deadlines Clear written and spoken communication skills for remote liaison with candidates and interviewers Hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems and standard office productivity tools Self-motivated approach suited to independent remote working in GER Awareness of German employment regulations and data-protection standards About the Company Stark is hiring for this role and offers a supportive team environment.
