Core Duties

• Research and qualify potential prospects across target segments in Italy to keep the sales pipeline healthy
• Prepare and refresh sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documents under guidance from account owners
• Enter, update and clean customer and opportunity data inside the CRM tool so records remain accurate and actionable
• Coordinate introductory calls, follow-up messages and meeting logistics for the sales team
• Compile basic activity reports and share concise status updates during team stand-ups
• Observe live client conversations and later re-enact key discovery or presentation steps to internalise best practices
• Handle sales-related administrative work that frees senior colleagues for higher-value client time

What You Bring

• Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies, or very recent graduation, in business, marketing, economics or a closely related discipline
• Genuine curiosity about sales careers and the commercial process
• Clear, professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Reliable working knowledge of everyday office software and online collaboration platforms
• Organised approach to tasks, ability to prioritise simple concurrent assignments, and openness to feedback
• Proactive, reliable mindset and willingness to learn quickly on the job
• Availability to work on site in Milan for the duration of the internship
