About the Role

As the CSBB Business Management Lead, you will serve as a central partner to leadership within Truist's Consumer and Small Business Banking organization. Based on-site in Atlanta, Fulton County, this full-time position is designed for a results-oriented professional who can translate business priorities into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams, and keep critical initiatives moving forward. This is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee business management activities that support CSBB strategic goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan, prioritize, and track key initiatives across the line of business.
• Prepare leadership materials, reporting, and analysis that inform decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements to processes and governance.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, teams, and partner functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business management, strategy, operations, or a related discipline, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to leadership.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in synthesizing data into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in an on-site Atlanta environment.
