Associate Director, US Marketing, Thought Leader Liaison – Remote

Incyte Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of US Marketing focused on Thought Leader Liaison in our San Diego headquarters, supporting a remote work arrangement. About the Role

As Associate Director of US Marketing, you will lead strategic initiatives to build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and thought leaders in our target therapeutic areas. This role bridges clinical evidence, marketing strategy, and physician engagement to amplify our presence within the medical community and support the launch and lifecycle management of our proprietary medicines.

What You'll Do

• Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with prominent clinicians, researchers, and thought leaders across hematology, oncology, and immunology specialties
• Develop and execute thought leader engagement programs that align with commercial and clinical objectives
• Collaborate with medical affairs, sales, and clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
• Create and deliver high-impact content, presentations, and educational materials for healthcare provider audiences
• Manage budgets and resources for thought leader programs and evaluate program effectiveness
• Stay current with competitive dynamics, regulatory requirements, and market trends in biopharmaceutical marketing
• Contribute to strategic marketing planning and product positioning initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, life sciences, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of marketing experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare, with 3+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
• Demonstrated expertise in thought leader development, key opinion leader engagement, or medical affairs marketing
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, compliance, and ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex science for diverse audiences
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance commercial goals and patient impact
