Healthcare Employee Services LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Idaho City, Boise County to deliver evidence-based patient care and contribute to our developing clinical residency programs.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and perform diagnostic testing to evaluate patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical pathways
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and functional capacity
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and maintain thorough clinical documentation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and independent self-management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize treatment outcomes
- Mentor and train physical therapy residency program participants
What We're Looking For
- Current Idaho state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse patient populations
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education
- Team-oriented approach with genuine passion for improving patient outcomes
