Allytics is hiring a full-time Digital Media Manager II based in College Park, Clark County to lead multi-channel campaign strategy and performance marketing for a diverse portfolio of clients.

About the Role

As a Digital Media Manager II at Allytics, you'll own the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple accounts and verticals. You'll translate data into action — refining audience targeting, improving lead generation funnels, and delivering measurable results in a collaborative, client-facing environment. This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited to someone who balances analytical rigor with creative media thinking.

What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to each client's goals and audience
  • Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights, identify trends, and recommend tactical adjustments
  • Manage media budgets, monitor pacing, and maintain accurate reporting for multiple concurrent accounts
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting precision and conversion rates
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and audience parameters to drive incremental performance gains
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Stay current with platform changes, industry benchmarks, and emerging digital media trends

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital media management experience, including paid search and paid social
  • Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns across multiple clients or industries simultaneously
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, with a strong grasp of attribution and funnel analysis
  • Experience with ad platform UIs (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and third-party reporting tools
  • Comfort working with data to draw conclusions and present them clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across a high-volume workload
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about audience behavior and performance optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
