About the Role

As Key Account Director for Oncology, you'll own the strategic relationships and revenue growth for our most valuable customer accounts. This full-time position requires a combination of sales leadership, industry expertise, and relationship management skills to maximize account potential and ensure customer success in the competitive oncology market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned oncology healthcare systems and partners
  • Drive revenue expansion and market penetration through consultative selling and needs-based solutions
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospital systems, physician networks, and pharmacy partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure account delivery, implementation, and satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance metrics and adjust strategies to exceed targets
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new market segments
  • Serve as the primary account contact and voice of the customer internally
  • Travel as needed to meet with key accounts and support business development

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of account management or sales leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical companies
  • Demonstrated expertise in the oncology market or comparable therapeutic area
  • Proven track record of growing account revenue and building lasting customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of healthcare system dynamics and complex selling environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
